"I didn't notice a huge difference but after looking it up, I may not have taken it long enough apparently it takes 4-8 weeks to take effect. I didn't really notice a taste. The packaging was attractive. It is organic and I really like that. I would definitely consider getting another bottle and seeing if taking it longer makes a difference."
