The capsules were easy to take and I didn’t taste any herb or “olive oil” flavonoids during digestion. It did help in the assistance of controlling my blood pressure. I can’t attest to any more significant changes in how I felt when taking this, which is why I only gave it 4 stars."

"I’ve read about the health benefits of olive leaf extract and have been taking it to help boost immunity and help with some mild digestive discomfort. I don’t feel a drastic change in symptoms but with any supplement, you need to balance with a healthy diet and exercise. I weathered the past winter season with a mild cold (unlike the year before when I felt sick for most of the winter months). But again, I have been eating healthier and getting more exercise. One thing I don’t like is the flavor. It has a strong olive oil taste and due to a dessert disappointment at a highly rated restaurant in San Francisco where I was served an olive oil cake, I don’t like the taste of olive oil. Makes me remember how wrong it is to associate olive oil with cake! Just wrong!"
