"I’ve heard a lot about the possible benefits of oil of oregano so I’ve been eager to to try it for a while. Although it can be near impossible to gauge the benefits of supplements since they don’t miraculously solve everything, I do look for basic signs of quality and tolerance so I can review that well enough. First off, good safety seal but not tough to open. Capsules are firm and there was no burst capsules or mess caused by leaked oil. The capsule itself has a pleasant light oregano smell and isn’t overpowering so you can easily take it with water rather than needing something to cushion the taste. No issues with my digestive system, no reflux burps, all good there too. I’m happy to keep taking them to see the benefits over time and hope they can contribute to my overall health. They’ve passed my short term inspection so it’s not a sacrifice to find out!"
