"I used the product faithfully but cannot say if it worked or not. I did not notice any difference in my mood. I was hoping that vitamin would make my feeling of haggardness go away, I do not have any hot flashes anyway. In all fairness to the vitamin, I was going through an unusually stressed period of time while taking the vitamin so my experience is probably not a true test of this vitamin. Vitamin is easy to swallow and I had no adverse reactions from taking this vitamin"

It was then that I noticed my increased irritability, being exhausted along with a few other annoyances. I appreciate that their bottle look really lovely too even though that's a small detail, they look better than regular plain supplement bottles. "A good mixture of very comparable ingredients to other Menopausal support supplements on the market. I do not have any issues with soy products, but a good option for those that do.
