Good quality magnesium

"I’ve been using this magnesium supplement for few weeks and noticed improvement in my sleep quality, recovery and energy level. Magnesium here is Mg threonate which cross blood brain barrier and works exactly in the brain. It’s has a good bioavailability and doesn’t cause GI distress. L-theanine is relaxant, natural compound of green tea. I also like that this formula doesn’t have melatonin, which makes me really sleepy next morning, even low doses as 0. 3mg has strong effect. Apigenin highly recommended by Andrew Huberman for sleep properties as well. In general it’s a good mix of high quality magnesium and other sleep supplements without melatonin. It makes my go to for my daily stack. Really convenient to have everything I need before bad in one bottle."

Good herbal supplement for relaxation

"I was interested in trying this because I don't like melatonin and I had previously had a good experience with another brand of supplements with L-Theanine and Lemon Balm in it. I could feel it kick in reliably about an hour and a half after taking it. I only took one capsule and that was enough for me to feel an effect. The first time that effect was a pleasant relaxed feeling; the second time it made me feel a bit woozy so I would not recommend driving or going out after taking this. Overall I found it helpful with relaxing but I have not yet tried a higher dose for sleep. It's important to go slow and only take as much as you can tolerate."

The Sleep aid that really helps

"I've tried melatonin, and sleep time tea to help me sleep for a very long time but it's not very effective. I have now been taking Magnesium Sleeplex for almost two weeks, this surely took first few days for my body to adapt, but after that, I am getting a full 8 hours of sleep without waking up in the middle of the night. It is crucial to take two capsules an hour before going to bed, I have skipped afternoon doses several times but still got better sleep. This helped reduce my stress levels and also my mind reduced racing while in bed and fell off to asleep within 15 minutes or less as compared to an hour to two hours. After taking Magnesium Sleeplex I do not feel tired or groggy similar to melatonin."

Effective, safe, good price point.

"I bought this several months ago when looking for an alternative to melatonin and valerian root; as I type this, I only have a few left. What appealed to me most about this brand compared to others is that it has all the ingredients I was looking for in a single pill, which I believe no other pill on the market has When taken as instructed (1 pill in the afternoon, 2 an hour before bed), it works very effectively, putting my body in notable state of relaxation near bed time, and ushering in a restful night of sleep. Even only taking 2 right before bed works, albeit just not as effective as when taking 1 in the afternoon."
