"The packaging is clean and easy to read. I am not the biggest fan to the taste of the tablets. Yes you do get to berry taste however it has this strong flavor once you have it chew which is a bit strong tasting. The tablets have a powdery texture but they are easy to chew and they do melt away easily. I do find this product is easier on my stomach compared to other vitamins I have tried. The past nights I have taken this I did find I had a nice sleep and felt more relaxed."
