"I started taking these almost a month ago and would recommend to others. I have been taking turmeric and milk thistle (separately) for years. I've read about the benefits of artichokes & l-carnitine and have been wanting to add them to my regimen, but the idea of taking four separate pills (in addition to my daily prescribed meds) wasn't appealing. "I won’t lie, the taste and smell is quite disappointing. Could have been some kids taste if possible bc isn’t one of the best. Besides that, It is great. My energy next day were a bit better. My body/ metabolism were work way better than normal and I could feel the different. Everything seems fine beside the taste. That is the only reason why I am not giving 5star. Work on the quality taste and I will give 100%"
