"I've been taking collagen for over a decade and have seen what it does for my nails, hair, and skin. There are some days I can't take collagen in coffee and/or I'm traveling and would rather not pack collagen powder, so I take the gummies instead. These gummies are tasty, don't stick to your teeth, and come with biotin.
