"I was using this product for a month taking 2 capsules daily and I felt that they helped me and I will buy them to continue taking them since I have rhinopharyngitis and I suffer a lot from allergies to many things and the price is competitive with other brands, I really liked its design and packaging, I felt that the capsules were a little big but I imagine that is because of the amount of components that this supplement contains, I recommend it if you suffer from allergies and I read that you can obtain other benefits. "I originally wanted to try these pills because I hoped they would help with my seasonal allergies. But I actually got some unexpected (good) results! I’ve struggled with adult acne for years, but these little pills have actually helped clear up my skin! I tried everything from creams to prescriptions but after taking these pills I actually saw a reduction in my BIG pimples. To be clear, I still got some pimples, but they went away much faster than usual, which is a huge win for me!! The pollen comes encased in clear capsules that you swallow. So there's no taste but there's definitely a bee pollen small - sort of a sweet and herbal scent. Would recommend!"
