Nature’s Craft is a fast-growing, premium health brand that specializes in selling various wellness supplements. We are in search of an Account Director to lead and grow our third-party platforms, including iHerb, Walmart, and eBay.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales growth, and optimizing our brand on e-commerce platforms that host third-party sellers. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products are successfully sold, marketed, and optimized on these platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our Account Manager team for platforms including Walmart, iHerb, and Target+.
  • Drive the execution of sales targets for the platforms managed by this team.
  • Develop and implement high-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Work with the PPC team to optimize the brand’s performance.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure operational efficiency, product availability, platform compliance, and successful product launches.
  • Ensure that Account Managers meet their product launch targets.
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitive insights.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and brand success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the platforms.
  • Oversee MAP pricing.
  • Identify opportunities on other marketplace platforms.
  • Review and manage yearly sales events.
  • Ensure effective communication across all departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (experience with Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or iHerb is preferred).
  • 3+ years of demonstrated management experience leading a team of at least 5 people.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and ROI-driven growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce operations including listings, optimization, and inventory planning.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and ambitious individual with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
