Nature’s Craft is a fast-growing, premium health brand that specializes in selling various wellness supplements. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Supply Chain Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training programs that elevate operational excellence across our supply chain teams.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the training lifecycle—from needs analysis to curriculum design to post-training evaluation—ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to drive performance and productivity.

You’ll leverage your expertise in supply chain processes and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create engaging, scalable training modules that support both new hire onboarding and ongoing upskilling. Working closely with stakeholders across logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations, you’ll identify skill gaps, standardize best practices, and ensure consistent knowledge transfer across all teams. You will serve as the central point of coordination for all training initiatives, driving alignment between learning objectives and operational goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

This role is critical to strengthening our supply chain capabilities, supporting workforce development, and ensuring our teams perform with confidence, consistency, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Implement learning strategies that align with the supply chain goals.
  • Evaluate individual and supply chain department development needs.
  • Implement various learning methods (e.g., training materials, presentations, videos, coaching, shadowing, online training).

Course Creation and Facilitation

  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Use instructional design principles to create engaging content.
  • Facilitate learning sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

LMS Development and Maintenance

  • Develop training material and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure the LMS is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Train employees and managers on LMS usage.

Team Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer

  • Collaborate within the L&D team to coach and train on course development and facilitation.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Gather relevant data from various sources.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Compile and present reports.
  • Execute initiatives based on findings to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, or related field.
  • Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or corporate training specialist.
  • Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience with instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
