Purpose of the Job

The responsibilities of the inventory management specialist include managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations. To be successful as an inventory analyst, you should be analytical with strong attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch inventory specialist should possess acute situational awareness and should be able to interpret and implement data accurately and quickly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and tracks orders from different platforms
  • Label orders, proofing, approving, confirmation, and invoicing
  • Encodes customer's information
  • Monitors and updates all the products pricing and shipping information
  • Oversees the overall inventory tasks for all the products
  • Monitoring and tracking shipment from manufacturer to 3PL
  • Manages Inventory, Transactions and Sales Reports
  • Extraction, tracking and downloading report
  • Processes bulk package request
  • Assists the customers with their requests and inquiries via email and phone calls
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and program

Qualifications and Skills

  • Should have at least 1-3 years working experience in handling reports or in the related field for this position
  • Experienced in managing day-to-day shipment operations, including placing and receiving orders
  • Knowledgeable in inventory process and inventory control
  • Able to maintain good business relationships with vendors through email communications
  • Experience in email or chat-based customer service roles may be considered an advantage
  • Experience in e-commerce and supply chains is an advantage but not required
  • Must have the ability to gather and organize large quantities of data and provide accurate analysis
  • Knowledgeable in Excel and Google Sheet
  • Effective reading and writing English communication skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills
  • Work from home experience will be beneficial
  • Willing to work on mid shift schedule (10:00 - 19:00 SAST)

Purpose of the Job

As marketing project manager you'll be responsible for aligning marketing efforts with Natures Craft's goals and planning and executing marketing campaigns

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research for a variety of projects and purposes.
  • Conduct in-depth QA checks on Natures Craft, Amazon Listings and conduct annual audits.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the employer, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the employer.
  • Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts, deadlines, or issues and provide timely solutions or recommendations to the employer.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison between Natures Craft and various individuals or organizations, maintaining positive relationships and representing the employer’s interests.
  • Handle special projects and ad hoc as assigned by the employer, demonstrating adaptability in handling diverse challenging tasks, as well as ability to handle a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and relevant news to provide informed support and contribute to the employer’s decision-making process.
  • Provide insights and ideas on email marketing, lead gen campaigns, retail marketing, on and off Amazon marketing, and more.
  • Perform a whole variety of other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric Certificate, Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a relevant field
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing working on campaigns end to end
  • 1+ years Digital Marketing experience
  • 2 years experience Copywriting and Social Media experience
  • B2C or e-commerce model experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in using G-suite and advanced excel and Google sheets
  • Attention to detail is critical
