"It’s nice that the Instructions are easy to follow and it’s a small dosage per day. The capsules are very easy to swallow since they are relatively small and a smooth texture. I always take them with a bit of food and have had no digestive problems or other negative side effects. If any positive outcome has come from taking these it might be too soon for me to really notice a difference, but I do think my eyes feel less fatigued after staring at screens for a majority of the day."

Why are the pills green?

"It’s hard to see if the effects of these vitamins really work. I’ve been taking them for about a week with no impact (positive or negative). The pills are green which doesn’t make it seem appetizing. They have a non-enjoyable taste. Swallow them fast so you don’t get the taste in your mouth. I really would love to see a quick impact but there’s been nothing yet. They do recommend you take these pills with food."
