Job Title: E-Commerce Account Manager

Purpose of the Job

E-Commerce Account Manager Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the account. This role involves managing store operations, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales and optimize account performance.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Ensure the Walmart store is operational and running effectively.
  • Review all account notifications and take necessary actions promptly.
  • Manage and monitor onboarded ASINs from the platform expansion team.
  • Collaborate with compliance and inventory teams to resolve account-related issues.

Strategic Planning and Forecasting

  • Develop revenue expectations and forecasts in collaboration with the platform expansion team.
  • Identify product opportunities for Canada and UK markets and assess the viability of new launches based on trends.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Review and analyze PPC metrics, implementing changes as needed in coordination with the PPC team.
  • Conduct A/B testing for images, titles, and other listing elements to improve performance.
  • Ensure basic optimization, including product descriptions, images, and titles, is consistently applied.

Event and Promotion Management

  • Review and manage yearly Prime Day events, including coupons, discounts, and Prime deals, in coordination with internal teams.

Collaboration and Training

  • Provide hands-on application training to cross-team members, including processes for UK and Canada accounts.
  • Work closely with the RA team to address cases related to FBA status reports for Canada and UK.

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal emails related to Canada and UK accounts.
  • Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams, including inventory, compliance, and PPC teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms related to e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Canada and UK markets is an advantage.
